Our clients can expect friendly and helpful customer service at all times. We are constantly thinking of ways we can improve our service to you as our client. For example, we have recently launched our build your own bag facility on the website which minimises the amount of time you need to spend organising your bespoke bags. Simply choose from some of the preset styles, sizes and handles, then upload your artwork and we will do the rest. We also have 20 dedicated phone lines where our customer service staff are ready to take your orders at any time.
